Your libido is a reflection of your level of desire; not just sexual desire, but
the motivation, energy, and passion you have for all areas of your life. Often when men or women feel low libido they will also be feeling low energy, or what I call Libido Fatigue. This can come from juggling too many things at the same time in your life, using up all of your vital energy. Libido Fatigue is not just about feeling low sexual desire, it’s about feeling low vitality, low motivation, disconnected from life, decreased passion, and fatigue. It’s the loss of your zip and zest … your juice … your mojo!
There are 5 root causes for low libido and I am going to give a quick tip for each of those causes. Some people have just one issue in one of these root causes.
