Dr. Keesha’s retreats are immersive, small-group healing experiences designed for people who are ready to step out of survival mode and into a deeper relationship with their bodies, health, and inner wisdom. Rooted in integrative and functional medicine, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and spiritual inquiry, these retreats offer a rare blend of medical insight and soul-level healing.
Each retreat is intentionally curated to create safety, spaciousness, and transformation. Days often include guided teaching, gentle somatic and nervous system practices, group dialogue, time in nature, and opportunities for rest and reflection. Depending on the retreat, themes may include autoimmune healing, trauma resolution, emotional resilience, spiritual awakening, relationship healing, addiction recovery, and reclaiming vitality after long periods of stress or illness.
